The service

Flusso Flow provides online tools for planning, focus, accountability, and related features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where appropriate.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service (for example: no unlawful activity, no attempt to disrupt or probe our systems beyond normal use, no scraping that violates our policies or applicable law).

The Flusso Flow name, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited licence to use the service according to these terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to your contract with us, unless mandatory consumer rules in your country say otherwise.
